The lodge was spacious and comfortable, but the shower temperature was hard to adjust.

The cleanliness level was disappointing, with visible dust and cobwebs, especially around the shoe storage area. We also faced a 24-hour water outage right after our arrival, making it impossible to freshen up after our long journey. The dishwasher emitted a foul odor, and we found just a single half-used toilet roll, which seemed impractical for a week-long stay. The heating system had a slow response time, making it tricky to adjust to the desired comfort level. there was inconsistent pressure from the bathtub tap, and some rust was present in the bathroom corners. Gaining access at night required using an out-of-hours code despite being registered with a number plate recognition system, which felt unnecessarily cumbersome.

Facilities could have longer operating hours!!! Bath tub water pressure was disappointing, and cleanliness was lacking!!! It's frustrating to deal with dusty corners and insufficient toilet paper during a stay!!!

We enjoyed our time here while visiting our son in the RAF. The lodge was comfortable and spacious for our family, and we particularly loved the area around the lodge, which was great for the kids to play. the wifi was quite slow and the noise from other lodges at night was a bit disruptive.

we had a gr8 time at the norfolk woods resort! the lady doing the massages in the spa did a brill job on both me n my partner. we were really impressed! loved the comfy lodge, and it was super spacious for our family. the park area around the lodge was so nice n perfect for the kids to play.

We enjoyed a three-night stay in a three-bedroom lodge that was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. The hot tub was a highlight, especially with its LED lights adding a special touch. The amenities like the washing machine and dishwasher made our stay even more convenient. the Wi-Fi connection was quite slow, which was a slight downside.

It was just a proper fit for a budget stay in Narborough with incredible value for money. The check-in process felt frustrating as we waited longer than expected, but the staff sincerely apologized for the delays. Make sure to double-check your check-in time to avoid unnecessary waits.

Relaxing spa experience!

We spent 3 nights in a cozy two-bedroom lodge. The massage lady at the spa was amazing, really worked out all our stress. We also loved the food at the restaurant. their burgers were top-notch! Only downside was the wifi didn’t work great in our room. Still, overall, a lovely retreat!
